I found some things I want in the clearance section so I called BBTS to see if I can ship my POL and buy the clearance and only pay the $4.00 once. They said their system doesn't allow it but they offered to just credit me $4 to pay for one of the two shipments which seemed extremely fair and reasonable.

They also said the naughty list isn't really a thing and they have no idea why that rumor is out there.

Is the naughty list like a blacklist of “troubling/difficult customers?”

Constantly cancelling preorders, primarily; but, yes for other things like asking to refund items in PoL, etc.

Yeah BBTS is trying to clear out space in the warehouse now and not in 90 days. There again, they could put 14 days on all sale items when they go into the POL instead of 90.

My local Walgreens had the Battalion series figures at 50% off ($9.49 each), if anyone is interested.

    Bulkhead is $16.72 at Wal-Mart.
He's also $22.04 at Amazon, which might come out to about the same if you have free shipping with Amazon.

Walmart is like Amazon in that their website has a variety of sellers operating on it. Bulkhead is sold by Kids Warehouse on Walmart, not Walmart itself so I doubt they'd price match in store.

In my experience, they refuse. even when it's Walmart that's the seller.

the only way to do it is to buy online for store pickup. which also they can fail to locate the item and cancel the order. even when you're in the store standing in the aisle that the item you want is located and right in front of you, 5 copies, on the shelf right there, what the heck they didn't even TRY to pick my order.

um, I may have had a negative experience with this process.

my biggest fail with price matching Walmart was back when TR six shot was being Christmas discounted to compete against Amazon.com. I’d order a copy, and go to pick up in store, and the price had dropped on Walmart.com by like 4-5 bucks. So when I went for the pickup I’d ask for them to pricematch to the Walmart.com price. They would refuse, so I’d return the item immediately after pick up and then re-order online. I must have done that 2-3 times leading up to Christmas that year bc sixshot got down to like $22-25 bucks that year.

A headache for sure, and from a customer service and experience standpoint, it made no sense for them not to price match me, but the savings I had at stake made it worth it to go through it

Shipping from the seller on Walmart was $5.32 for me, so exactly $22.04.

If anyone still collects the TCG, BBTS has 30 booster pack boxes for $35.

My local Target somehow found a whole endcap of Red Cogs. They weren't found on the aisle scanner and rang up at the register for $0.00. Of course the cashier looked it up online and said the price was $31. All well. I said they were on clearance for $9.44 elsewhere and showed the photo in the thread, no dice.

So your mileage will vary on that sale.

That means they are officially out of Target's system which will lead to them being salvaged out. Who knows what happens after that, hopefully Ollie's or another discount store gets them.
