True I saw the situation has become so tenuous that the 4 Horsemen have cut ties with them as a retailer.

 

Good news: a lot of the clearanced Transformers are back in stock for shipping at GameStop.com.

Bad news: they aren’t as cheap as they were last week.

 

I said the same in the Target thread and got torn into.  

At $40, and with some talk already of poor fits due to mold degradation and different plastic, I'd still skip him. If he dropped to the $20s though, I'd grab him as a novelty, which let's face it: It's all he is really.

Speaking of more than novelty, we did get Combiner Wars Devastator fairly recently (not that I could afford him), but he could do with a broader release...whaddaya say Target?

I haven’t seen any talk of that at all, mine fits better than the Walmart devy from a few years ago and that one was pretty good.

It is finally sold out for me locally though, and it was there last night when I got my two. So I guess it is regional warehouses

Prices aren't as good as they were last week and often (but not always) figures are cheaper in store, so it may be worth checking if you have a Gamestop that's close. YMMV but some Gamestops will let you use Rewards coupons with clearance and sales in store where online orders won't. Also, the free shipping threshold is now $59.

Amazon is matching Target's save $10 when you spend $50 on select toys. Currently it's only a couple of Transformers and most were cheaper in recent days without this promo but knowing how Amazon changes these things throughout the day, it's worth keeping an eye to see if you can line up a sale price with the promo. Currently Legacy Skids $16 is the only one that's also on sale. The rest are around MSRP.

All of the clearance transformers are coming up with crazy low prices on the Gamestop website, but when adding to cart only the higher 50% off discount applies. Still lots of great deals though.

 

Holy Crap, I just got everyone I’ve been wanting to get, all in the past week and all on sale. I’m going to wait til the end of the year all the time now!
