Did you regret your purchase as much as I did? The robot modes suck. The only thing good about it is the ship modes. But they aren't $15 good IMO.

 

I thought it was. It's a big piece of horkin' plastic ship with weight. It's like a chogokin Star Destroyer but with plastic instead of diecast. Sure, the bottom's not all that accurate but I can live with that and the robot's decent as long as you don't try to stand it up on anything other than a carpet.

I have not been able to use my GOOGLE TRU certificate on anything I have tried to order although it says my balance is $20.

Plus all Transformers are buy 2 get 1 free. I bought 2 Rage Over Cybertron sets to get 1 free and after confirming my order they cancelled the 3rd one I was supposed to get for free.

Now I am having issues trying to cancel my order. Buyers BEWARE!

I was able to use it the day i purchased the certificate. Bought sentinel prime for a total of 29 and received two starscream kre-os. Then took the first starscream i bought from walmart back for a full refund. Was a very nice deal.

 

Back on topic, the Google TRU certificate is working. I was able to use it, even with their promotion of free shipping.

 

The buy one get one free sale was pretty nice. It will probably be next december before we see that again on current transformer deluxe figures.

I noted a local Sears was clearing out all of their toys. On top of that they were running a BOGO sale on all clearance items. Unfortunately this Sears had a lone Legions BB, and even at the clearance price of ~$2.xx I didn't bite. Might be worth checking if you have a Sears in your area.


Also, this is a bit out there but Ikea will be running their post-holiday sale again this year. Unfortunately no Detolf's this year, but they do have a VERY bare-bones shelving unit on sale for $9.99 (reg $29.99) on Wednesday, December 28th. See here:

Awesome news about sears. I wonder if kmart will also be putting more stuff on clearance. It's a shame the nearest sears is 30+ mins away.

What does KMart have on clearance right now? I noticed the full size HA's on clearance for $25 yesterday, but I thought it might have been previously reported so I didn't mention it. I'm more hoping they do another 50% off clearance toys as $12.50 would be a pretty nice price for Roadbuster.
