Officially no, a store in IL recently put the Jurassic World Super Colossal Giganotosaurus on sale for $30 (from $60) and left it as part of the BOGO50% (so 2 for $45 instead of 2 for $90) and Target point blank refused to match it even after seeing pictures of the ad in store and a picture of the in-store price checker confirming it.

I'm from IL too, the target(Bolingbrook) did not price match a receipt from another Target(Warrenville) for Masters of the Universe, the person said the online price is what they will follow. Same UPC codes and just a day before

Not sure if this is targeted but I got an email from Macy's that they are giving $20 in Macy's money if you download their mobile app and login with your Macy's account.

Although it doesn't seem to be a part of the Pro Days sale, and it is not Transformers-related, they have Morphed Shredder (TMNT x Power Rangers mash-up) available at $19.99. That was one of the hotter action figure deals I came across while perusing the listings last night. This figure sold out during the Hasbro Pulse sale and seems to be $12 dollars higher everywhere else.
