This target thing must be a scam, why would I give money to them if they are releasing wave 2 around a half a year after wave 1? That sounds too odd and sketchy. Titans Return was like 2 months in between waves. As much as I want this sick savings I can’t see myself blindly giving target money for something more than half a year away.

...please explain how it is a scam. Literally every website has, let's use Arcee, coming out the same time as listed.

Keep in mind that this year Earthrise is coming out far later than we are used to. Normally we get new stuff December into Jan, market saturated by March, then Wave 2 begins popping up in April/May. This year we are having stuff coming in Feb to March, full saturation April and May, new stuff August to September. That is roughly the same timeframe.

Amazon, Pulse, Target... all are listing the same release dates.

I don’t know, that’s still longer than usual. I feel these will be out before these dates and to be tied to some order sounds fishy and doesn’t sit well me. Honestly sounds too risky.

It's a good thing they only do a chargeback up front then. You're not paying now. Also: they have the same dates as everyone else.

Walmart isn't even carrying Wave 1 yet, and around me neither store has clearanced all of Siege.

Target dates match what's on Hasbro Pulse, reliable enough to me

It's literally like any other preorder: you give your credit card, they don't charge you till it ships, you can cancel your preorder if you find it someplace else, every other website is listing the same release dates, and it is a national chain.

If you think this is a scam then Amazon, BBTS, Pulse... are running literally the exact same "scam"

In other news Meijer is still running Studio Series Deluxes at 12.99 till the end of this week.

Besides, Voyagers at BOGO Free/50% Off are worth the gamble. Lol.

(I missed out on Snapdragon/Quints because I had an internal struggle over what to do with the Quint as I'm indifferent over it lol. Hopefully they pop up again a 3rd time this week.)

But I did pick up Apeface, Thundercracker, ER Starscream and Grapple locally, so still a bit of a win for me!

Well now you’re making me wish I really jumped on this when they all weren’t sold out! Had them in my cart and was signing up but was too afraid to go with it.

What was the cheapest Omega went down to this year? Around $125 right? (Just debating on using that EE promo or maybe holding out for a bit more)

My Amazon order history says I got it for 111.99 on Dec 10. I think that was the lowest retail, not counting that warehouse sale that was local-only.

Thanks! (Yeah I'm discounting the warehouse sale as an outlier.)

Keep an eye on the page. Today a bunch of stuff that had sold out came back, so there is always a chance they could pop back in.

"I want to buy that SS Overload. Will you knock $5 off MSRP and throw in SS Scrapper for free?

    Target: Sure!"

    :p

I say just pre-order on EE to lock in the promo and also on Amazon... neither one of them runs your CC/Debit when you place the order, and you can always cancel one or the other.

Did you (I guess everyone else?) get them to price match $19.99 Grapple and $19.99 Starscream listed on Target.com (out of stock, think they are just place holders) + BOGO?

Or was Grapple and Starscream already $19.99 in stores?

I guess I'll go ahead and put in the order before the promo ends.

Yeah, all the Voyagers in store are already $19.99, plus the BOGO50.

I would think so? But also, I didn't check. Sorry, I hardly ever glance at the SS stuff.

Edit (missed "Siege") - Yes, both Siege and Earthrise are $19. I bought a pair of each.
