DINOBOT? now I gotta start looking at other ross'

 

This is the only transformer found at my local Ross

 

Yeah I can confirm also with Rhinox and Tigatron Ross. Already have them both before (they were both staring at me near the checkout stand) but hard to pass $19 Voyagers nowadays.

 

I got really lucky and came across an open box Dinobot at a local Ross. Seems some kid opened it and nobody wanted it. From the window, it seems the base figure was intact so for $5, I'd say it's worth a shot. When I opened it, it turns out everything is intact including the foil card so I lucked out on a like-new Dinobot for $5. They also had a couple Paleotrex there as well.

 

Awesome deal! Dinobot was one of my favorite Kingdom figures and probably one of the most anticipated figures for me of the past several years. He's never had a figure I was willing to buy until Kingdom.

 

Bruh, that is lucky! There were no sightings of Dinobot here in my area at all when he was released, so I just recently settled for the "toy" deco version from Target's Buzzworthy line. I just got Slammer and Airrazor this morning from Ross too. I had no plans on getting either of them but hard to pass for each $10. Not Ross related but got this bad boy at walmart this morning too.
Already have 3 of Kingdom Galvatrons from the past year's Target Christmas Sale. Browsing around at Walmart this morning and saw him begging from above shelves like this. Grabbed him and asked the salesfloor lady and took him from me at stated that they cant sell it. Asked the nicer lady with her and she suggested to take it to customer service and ask for a manager. The nice manager looked at her Walmart phone and browsed a bit and could not find him bit found some rescuebots that were about $10. She said, how about $5 for this? I happily replied SOLD! Made my day. Thanks to whomever ruined his packaging and the CSM lead cashier that allowed me to purchase it.

I hope these new DX sightings are not limited to just Ross. They recently got a lot of Retro Marvel Legends I had hoped would maybe show up at a retailer that has stores in my area but nope.

 

I went into Ross for a bouncy ball with a flashy light inside for the two year old and found these instead.

 

The bumblebee is from the buzzworthy target exclusive line.

 

Awww I'd actually get that Kingdom pack if I saw it!

 

Imagine if Ratchet and Medic's set showed up at discount stores lol

 

Nobody would buy it cause we are all waiting for the recolor of the SS mold. haha

 

Oooooh! Holding out hope for Grimlock/Mirage and Golden Disk Terrorsaur!

 

I need that Sideswipe!!! Hopefully, I can find one to go with my Earthrise Sunstreaker!

 

I would just want the skywarp. Lol custom fodder.

 

After seeing all these posts, I’m going to check out Ross.

I got mine at Target for $19.99 when it was on sale.

 

A great example of my frustration that other toys are perfectly fine to use the word "transforms" on their packaging. Hasbro only avoids its use on Transformers products out of fear of genericization.
