The MP looks about right...
Yup. I own Legends Super Ginrai and God Bomber and God Ginrai is a hot mess. It's a very nice looking sculpt but it barely stays together and has only one pose because of its fragility. PMOP/God Ginrai should be the next HasLab after SS or maybe just be a $100 commander.
Love too see that happen.
A Leader class might work, but given they’re six changers, the only class that would properly show off all six modes is commander to me. I do recall Sixshot being pretty big in JG1 Headmasters. If they tried it with leader, seems like it would be too small to me. But, if a commander class is truly too big when comparing size to other characters then i’m all for a leader class 2 pack.
He was the same size as magnus in headmasters
I’m sure they could figure something out to get him into a box. I just think he seems more likely to be a mainline figure then a haslab.
I think sometime in August was mentioned.
There were rumors a while back that we could be getting a MP set of Trainbots in 2022 sometime. I would love a set of those guys, MP or otherwise.
No rumor, takara announced them
Seems likely. I'm thinking Marvel's new Haslab will reveal now, and once it runs it's course they'll start the next Haslab for Transformers.
How far spread were the previous HasLab announcements previous? Because with this Star Saber, and then Star Wars with their Rancor, and then the Galactus today for the Marvel fans, that's crazy to have a bunch of these projects generally around the same time.
With that said, I'd totally back a USS Flagg for their 6" Joe line
Cookie monster and unicron overlapped if I'm not mistaken
I wonder if it\'s going to be the MP Raiden Train Combiner they teased way back when...
So HasLab just announced a $399 Galactus project that starts today and ends August 31st. I'm guessing there's overlap in the Marvel/TF fandoms so I'm curious if this is would launch later in the year once this project is done to try and avoid draining too much money from potential buyers.
It's Star Saber. Unless someone punked the usual leakers that's the one thing we're sure of.
$399 galactus, crowdfund is 1.5 months and needs 14k backers.
Makes me wonder what star saber's crowdfund numbers will be.
Holy shit...I'm a huge Galactus fan, just caught the live reveal. He's taller than Unicron!
I'd imagine smaller if not comparable due to the price. Galactus is so high cause the Sentinel was 21,000ish and this should be no issues for Galactus
The Marvel livestream that just wrapped mentioned PulseCon would be in August.
Nah. Galactus is as high as he is because that's what they need for this project to be profitable.
As to what this means for Star Saber? I would guess maybe 10-12k backers? He's going to be smaller if he's a WfC figure like Unicron but he's gonna have WAY more articulation than Galactus just by virtue of being a Transformer that needs to have conversion joints on top of normal articulation.
For people who backed Unicron, do you remember if this disclaimer for Galactus is new?
It sounds like if they hit the goal before the deadline, the figure is locked in and getting made. I assume that means if you decide to back it on day 1, but change your mind on day 3, it won't matter if it hit its goal on day 2.
Which I understand, they don't want people screwing around here. So if that holds for Star Saber it change my plan, which was to back it and then pull out if there's no confirmation of Leo before the deadline.
Well, Galactus is 32", goes for $399 and needs 14K backers. Star Saber will be +11" and will likely go for $200-250. So maybe it'll only need 7K or less backers? We'll see.
Galactus looks super impressive (lots of paint apps, light gimmick and articulation).
Separate names with a comma.
