Mine already shipped. Hopefully the overpriced courier service I use to Peru doesn't rip me off more than usual.
As have many of us. Mine shipped yesterday afternoon. So stoked. Coming with UPS. So... what's with people's issues with FedEx...? I've never really had a problem with them when it comes to stuff I've ordered from Pulse or anywhere else that has utilized them honestly.
I'm excited for this. Actually a bit more excited that Pulse is using UPS. I...well I work for the company. I had a problem once with a BBTS package that shipped through UPS and my bosses actually helped me track and find it. But UPS is much better at their delivery dates than FedEx. All of our services are promised in dates barring delays or issues with shipping. However FeeEx ground dates are estimates and can come days earlier or days after the delivery date. Yeah I hate FedEx for many reasons but that one really gets me.
Just got an e-mail update on Ravage, he's shipped (or at least the shipping label has been created). Coming via UPS.
I don't think I mentioned it in this thread, but my Ravage is on the way too - I'm in an area where Pulse uses UPS now instead of FedEx, so he's allegedly going to be here tomorrow and I couldn't be more stoked.
Ravage arrived today and it’s amazing! When did Pulse move a warehouse to Atlanta? Love that 1 day shipping!
My issue with FedEx is just a lack of communication and updates. I'll get multiple day long delays, and the site will still say "Out for Delivery, expected 2 days ago" basically. I don't mind the delays, but if it's gonna sit on a truck for 2 more days, just lemme know.
I haven't gotten a ship notice yet either. And, speaking as another person who works for UPS, I... hope everyone's Ravage arrives free of dents.
Well, FedEx is the only option for me in Canada, so I have no choice on the matter. I just hope I get it before the weekend, but if it doesn't, c'est la vive.
The change to UPS feels a bit sudden, as all my past Pulse packages (minus Goldbug) came via FedEx. Unscathed too.
