That Ap is a pain it really only works on bleeding edge tech - I have no reason to replace my phone until it breaks and yet the mobile internet is doing it's best to act like a the Videogame consoles cycle of generations and render it almost useless - I really do not want to go out and pay £300 for a phone i'd barely use ; Maybe I can find a cheap tablet that can run the eBay ap & run video OK too as then I can watch Youtube while cooking. I'm feeling stingy though 8% isn't that great. But it's better than 6X nectar points I guess.

I don't understand... I'm never qualified for these ebay bucks offers. I buy all the time, have ebay bucks enabled and have used them the past year or so... I don't get it... maybe because I'm a seller??? stupid...

 

Not sure man. I've sold hundreds of items over the past year and still get them consistently.

I have a feeling that I have to NOT buy stuff on eBay for a period in order to qualify for these targeted offers. eBay seems to want the intermittent buyers over the regulars, which...kinda doesn't reward being an eBay customer?  

 

Probably. I didn't get the eBay bucks offer either. They got us loyal regular customers suckered in already.   

I miss the days when eBay was a place to buy stuff for cheap. Now it's almost all plagued with scalper tendencies.

I would guess you get offers if you got one before and didn't use it - or have not used the account much.

Interesting side point that TCB offer I linked above got extended by a day as the site went down for maintance they actually finished it on the 7th 23:59:59 not the 6th May 23:59:59 as I linked above. Which was lucky I noticed I suppose as I wasn't happy that the site was down when I went to use it on the 6th May.
