Unfortunately, we're missing the robot mode picture of The Fallen.

 

ok seriously.....when the hell is The Fallen coming out?       

 

He's wave 2. Cant wait.

I picked up Starscream this morning. GREAT figure. Demolisher looks cheap.

 

Will get Fallen, Starscream (keep him in jet mode), and Demolisher.

 

illdefinately be getting ironhide and maybe ratchet, starscream ill get abit later same with the fallen, but im just not feeling the others

 

You'll be surprised by Starscream's robot mode. It looks way better in hand than in most of the pics I've seen. I'm really impressed by it.

 

I think Starscream is the only one out of these that I really want.

However, now that I know that there might be a leader Screamer in the works, I'm going to hold off and see how that one turns out.

 

I wonder if they want with that tan color on Optimus and Ratchet to simulate a desert'ish feel for them? It looks strange on Ratchet. Definitely not even close to warranting a purchase over the TFTM fig I already got.

Ironhide is sticking around my list because of the new gun. But, the paint app isn't movie accurate soo... probably gonna pass on him. Still debating that one. Might snag him to use as a custom project.

 

I like more the first Starscream..

but a lot of them are just repaints

 

It makes me sad that the first 2 waves are 50% repaints when we've already seen some sweet molds (mixmaster and longhaul) that they could have started the first waves off with and mixed the repaints in with the new stuff in later waves

Starscream, Ironhide, Ratchet, and The Fallen are my definite buys from these pictures. Demolishor is a maybe -- it depends on how he looks on the selves and whether buying Battlestar Galactica's final season DVD set takes presedence. And Voyager Prime is nothing when standing against the might of the new Leader.

 

Why is the Fallen packaged in robot mode? I hate that! The only voyager I'm buying is the Fallen & I want him packaged in vehicle mode. WTF Hasbro???

 

Agreed! The new Leader Prime is a masterpiece. Possibly my new favorite figure of all time. He's absolutely epic!

The voyager prime, while it is a good figure, doesnt compare. I have the target exclusive voyager prime from the first film, and I like it. However, the paint on the new voyager prime just doesnt work. It really is a good mold, but Yellow windows?

 

Wow. So far it seems to be just the new characters for me. Although Starscream looks damn good, I'll wait for the Leader Starscream, I'm getting the Leader Optimus, so the Voyager stays on the shelf, I'll pass up that grey Ironhide, and I already have Ratchet.

 

Not really too excited about all of these. I'll probably pick up Starscream to pose next to Megatron. Unless the rumored Starscream leader class version comes true, then I'll skip the voyager and grab that instead. The Fallen is a maybe right now.

 

I kinda understand. It is brilliant fun to get it in vehicle mode and twist and turn and fold them out and suddenly you have a robot in your hands. Thing with The Fallen is that his vehicle mode is a bit naff. He looks far better in robot mode and they probably think he'll sell better that way.
