The Halloween Chica figure is a GameStop exclusive. Found one last night. It looks odd with the clear mouth. They also have an exclusive Funtime Foxy (Mangle) Funko.
New McFarlane sets revealed! Better yet, mostly based on FNaF2 and Sister Location! Five Nights at Freddy's Toys, Action Figures, and Collectibles Prize Corner with Puppet Party Room with Toy Freddy Game Area with Balloon Boy and Mangle Office Door with RQX Hall window with Nightmare Chica Circus Control Room with Circus baby Spotlight Stage with Funtime Freddy Spotlight Stage with Funtime Foxy Also note that BBTS has them for pre-order for a few dollar less than the suggested prices.
/\Pre-ordered the day they went up. My daughter is excited for the Mangle, Funtime Foxy, Nightmare Chica and Circus Baby sets. Found the new action figures at Walmart this morning. Picked up Funtime Foxy for my daughter for Christmas. I actually want to build Nightmare Marionette. Looks pretty nice.
Picked up the backstage set for half off at a calendar store, the bed set at Target, the Nightmare Foxy figure and Toy Chica set this week. The figures seem better than the first wave. The joints are a bit tighter and they just feel more solid.
Finally got my hands on the rest of wave 1 of the Funko figures. Foxy is the surprising winner since his skinny limbs allow him more articulation. So how exactly is Bonnie supposed to hold his guitar?
Pressure, pretty much. I just put it against the figure and folder the arms to cradle it. As for the new wave, Nightmare Foxy has wrist ball joints. That was surprising.
Local Target is finally stocking the Wave 2 McFarlane sets, so no more stalking BBTS for them to come back in stock! Picked up the Security office and Toy Chica. The Security Office is an ok build but Springtrap has a lot of inaccuracies; meanwhile Toy Chica is mostly perfect (only missing her cupcake) but her build is less than stellar.
I actually like the security office set. Putting Springtrap on the outside looking in through the window makes it even better. The Closet set is decent. I don't like the build of the doors, plus Mangle is pretty limited. The Bedroom set is good. I don't like the stickers, though. There's one that goes on the front of the bed that just won't stay down. We also got the Backstage set. That one is pretty awesome. Loads of details. On the figure front, we got all the new Nightmare figures. They actually feel better than wave one. The Marionette is disappointing. Weak articulation and no stand to allow it to actually... stand. It is pretty tall, though. I honestly think Mangle should have been the BAF. It would haveafe tons of sense. Maybe she'll be a deluxe release at some point, considering the size.
McFarlane Nightmare BB and Toy Bonnie acquired! BB is ok but has no right to exist in the first place, much less as a physical thing in my house. Toy Bonnie is alright, though for accuracy I switched his and Toy Chica's air vents (and put one of the stickers from one of the vents onto the other, where it actually is in the game). Also I forgot until now that the smaller McFarlane sets have prints of some of the children's drawings that you can pull out from the middle of the instruction books, which is a nice touch.
Aaaaand Mcfarlane sets wave 2 complete! Phantom Freddy and Nightmare are ok (Nightmare has some really lose joints), but I'm actually really digging Phantom Foxy and how his head is molded to be cocked to the side even though his endoskeleton is still straight up.
So at Toy Fair a McFarlane Toys representative said that we're getting Ballora in the next wave and that they'd like to do some FNaF World sets
So I finally decided to check out and buy one the FNAF figures to see how they were. I was skeptical as I had heard reports of them being quite fragile with limbs falling apart left and right. I had also heard reports that the newest wave resolved the problem, so when I arrived at my local Gamestop, they had a few figures available. Mostly wave 2 with a single Freddy stashed nearby. I ended up snagging Nightmare Foxy and I have to say after some time with them... I absolutely love this figure! It was pretty much the standard of figure I hoped for. It was able to retain pretty much any pose I wanted him to without any limbs falling off. The detail is also quite striking. It's like Funko matched Foxy's scarring perfectly. I would have loved to have seen a movable jaw and some of the filled in points aren't exactly like the real deal, but those comments aside, this is a really solid figure and I will definitely be getting more. For those worried about lose joints, the new figures have a lot tougher ball joints and stay in place very well. Haven't gotten any of the older figures, but I will probably be on the look out for them as well.
Let's See Some Cool Stuff - 2016 Non-TF Edition **RULES IN FIRST POST** Didn't know of this thread, but here are mine, springtrap and nightmare foxy are the best, the rest i needed to shave an angle into the arm at the bend so it could bend enough to properly move and not push itself out, but after doing that they were fine. Someone should make heads for them on shapeways though, give them working jaws and maybe ankles.
Just found some of the Sister Location building sets at Target. Picked up the Control Room and the Funtime Foxy single pack.
Update: Built them. The Control Room is easily as good if not better than the Backstage set. The build has some really good clear windows that are pretty easy to work with, and the entire piece ends up with an angled wall. I like that.
