Technically its not since the white rings have yet to be released.
but its not like it will fit in that set there is no white spot saying *life* to slip the ring into
That much is true.
Dude thats "Titans" not Tenn Titans.
The Hal Jordan figures come with rings, yes? Any chance you can post a picture of them, or tell us if they're different from the promo ones at all?
any thoughts on how it ends?
My thinking is maybe some characters who where killed would be fully revived Aquaman, hinted at in Previews, the Hawks, Blue Beetle 2 (somebody accesed Boosters storage locker with Ted's passwords and DNA who was alive), Damage, Tempest etc, maybe. We only have a week or so for this to end.
I'm pretty sure Sinestro will lose the white ring and Dove will end up with it. They've been hinting at something big with her for awhile.
im pretty sure it will involve multi colored punching gloves
either that or sinestro's mustache
id like to have seen mogo vs xerashi whatever the black lantern planet was
im pretty sure that the aquaman is the new one thats got the face the consequences of the black lantern one
I was expecting this, but Mogo going to Earth to fight it would make no sense.
I would have liked a few more Green Lantern related mini-series during this event.
John Stewart could have benefited from one.
Also, a Indigo tribe mini about their other tribe members seeking out the remaining corps to bring to Earth.
I agree. John Stewart certainly got the short end of the Blackest Night stick. We got pointless mini-series about the Titans and Outsiders and Doom Patrol, but the #2 Green Lantern gets one issue and a handful of panels in the whole damn thing.
I know, pisses me off alittle, no biggie. To answer another question, the rings are all metal.
Ok something that confuses me. Wasn't Dove a guy? I thought him and his brother became Hawk and Dove. Now it is a girl in a similar looking/colored costume. O_O
That was the original Hawk and Dove you're thinking of, both of which are dead (and the Black Lantern rings are shown raising Hank but cannot raise Don in issue 2 of Blackest Night). The current Hawk and Dove duo are girls.
Yeah, that was really disappointing. The build-up to John's "spotlight" issue was one of my favorite parts up until then, too. What a waste.
I agree with the Outsiders and Doom Patrol tie-ins being useless. But the Blackest Night: Titans mini series was actually fairly important if you read through it. That was the first time we saw the Black lanterns get destroyed by something other than a fellow lantern.
And it gave us some Donna Troy. I loves me some Donna Troy.
I'm a bad person.
I laughed my ass off when the fridge appeared in GLC
Oh I was laughing. A lot.
But I was also thrilled because I started reading GL in vol 3 with issue 50, so I pretty much started off with Kyle so seeing Alex like that was 10 different shades of cool for me.
actually Kyle's reaction to the fridge was what made me laugh., oh and Guy Gardner being a Trekie .
also I been out of the loop for a few years but , when did guy and Ice were together?
ah, that's why i couldn't find it...
yeah, i think that would've helped too... more Tales of the Corp or something would been great...
i disagree about titans i thought it was great... and the other two were tie-ins, not miniseries... though they probably coulda added an extra miniseries to the list and done without a few tie-ins...
