Got to thinking.... If the Seekers are the backbone of the Decepticon military, they can't all be armed identically, right? If your standard Seeker is equivalent to an X-Wing or F-15 (multi-purpose fighter), you might also see Seeker interceptors (A-Wings/F-16s), Seeker heavy air-support (Y-Wings/F-4s), and Seeker fighter-bombers (B-Wings/FB-111s). And while G1 Tech-Spec bios indicated different weapons on the original Seekers, with Starscream as the sole Null-Ray user, all the Siege ones are described as armed with Null Rays. So with that being said, repurposed a $20 Thundercracker into an OC with heavy gatlings, courtesy of Matrix Workshop. Decided to make him one-eyed, just because I thought it'd be funny. The problem with the Siege Seeker mold is that all the 5mm ports are condensed in the same area in alt-mode. So I ended up drilling through his wing ports to allow his null-rays to be mounted topside. Alt mode: Used one of the Toyhax tailfins. Paint job unintentionally invokes Bat-Jet comparisons; didn't realize that until after I was done. You can see I did some sort-of fluorescent green panel lining, and it's not consistent across the model. That was intentional; in my mind I was picturing like how cartoons or TRON or whatever would animate the flow of electrons or energy like pulses traveling on a highway. I was debating adding missiles too but thought that might be overkill; maybe I'll get another Thundercracker to mod. Haven't decided on a name yet; I'm thinking Hellfire, WarDemon, or Bob. Other suggestions are welcome. No more "_____ Storm"s though. Thanks for looking!
Just LUV it! You did great here, sir! And I love your way of thinking and love of details. I always pick out the details of figures, too, because it just makes them more alive. And that TRON-esque light flow is a very clever idea. I might do that, too, as soon as I get a hold of Netflix Hotlink. I really like the name WarDemon but I would go with WarShadow. Or Darkstrike or Dark Nova. Something that suits the black.
First name that came to mind was Hornet. but Dauber would be sick too (still playing on the wasps), or Hoversly (like hover fly who is yellow and black). Looking at his green veins, maybe Acidpulse. Cool paintjob!
I love all the OC Seekers we been getting, and I love your idea of having different combat roles between them. With those gatlings and null rays, how about Reignfire.
Haha! I actually had that on my list but now I forgot why I decided against it. Maybe if I make the missile-heavy Seeker.
I think we can all agree that regardless of what he’ll be named, he’ll still make for some good cannon fodder. but in all seriousness though I absolutely dig your reasoning and the thought put into this custom, it makes total sense and I love it!

oohh...I think Warhawk could go with a Close-combat specialist Seeker. Like a Seeker with blades that attacks Voltron-Lion style. I might have to do that now too. Thundercrackers are $18 on Amazon at the moment. I know I said no Storms, but i could get behind BulletStorm. This mold is so much fun to customize. Yeah, agree on Bunkerbuster for an ER seeker. Totally want to see someone customize an ER Starscream into one of the bluish generics from MTMTE and name him "Cannon Fodder #6874C" I could take a page from the Rick and Morty Dragon episode and go with Shadow Jacker, and refer to him as the One-eyed Monster.

I'd use that as Ironhide's G2 mold mate, Motormouth. Love the Seeker repaint. With the gatling gun, I'm thinking Spread Alert though it's a bit corny. Air Punch Hailbringer Shadow Scorcher Very hard keeping the names on the right side of corny. Fantastic work though.
