There are many potential repaints I’d like to see... so for this I’ll just limit myself to previously-established repaints of already-existing molds:

Laser Magnus looks so dang good; I'm holding out for a G2 OP, so it would be nice to see this repaint.

I love Laser Magnus too. For a hot second in 2006, before the Magnus/Skywarp 2-pack showed up, he WAS my Classics Magnus. Still a lovely figure.

EDIT: And we do need a new, larger Laser Optimus mold. That little Generations deluxe was a nice enough figure, but it didn’t scratch the itch.

Aside from a G1 OP, I have yet to get a modern update. I figure at this point, I'm holding out for a G2 update ha ha.

 

I don't own any of either the Siege or Earthrise Ironhide/Ratchet mold, but I would 100% be all in for a Tow-Line out of the Earthrise tooling.

 

Idk if he's obscure enough but I'd pay a higher than usual price for an updated Nacelle. That Timelines figure goes for several hundred if anyone ever puts it on eBay.

Optimus has a few that I like, most of y’all high have been named here already.

Combat Hero - I have the RTS redecorates from the 4 pack and I love it. Would love to see those colors.

Armada Powerlinx - Awesome looking, looks great on that design

Nightwatch - I wanted to get the this just for the colors back in ‘08 but only saw it once and couldn’t get it then. I’d love to see this make a comeback.

Silver Knight - Always thought this looked cool and worked real well for the Knight aesthetic. I got the terrible AOE First Edition mold just because I thought the colors were cool. I’d love to see one of the third party Knight Primes go for this sometime.

 

100% agree. I loved the Reverse Convoy concept and would love to see it revisited. I would gladly take a repaint of TR Megatron with Titan Masters representing the Prime and Megatron alternate faces or even a repaint of the Siege/ER Megatron mold.

And something a little different, I'd love to see a homage to G2 1:64 Gobots Optimus Prime and Megatron. Maybe Prime from Siege/ER Sideswipe (with Japanese Transformers hood tampo) and SS 86 Jazz for Megatron.

An eventual Tigatron repaint as Nightprowler

Slap on a new head, maybe some glow-in-the-dark paint if they are feeling adventurous and BAM! Gen. Selects Nightprowler.

Kingdom Cyclonus into Beast Machines Jetstorm. It feels appropriate considering Cyclonus's first proto-CHUG update was a Jetstorm repaint. I'd strongly prefer him to have heavy retooling to make him resemble a toy- and show-design hybrid, but as long as he at least gets a new head and one or two other new parts and as long as he's got vibrant enough colors I won't complain. I even sketched out my ideas for one a few weeks ago (probably couldn't be done exactly like this since the nosecone might not work IRL, but the cockpit could be kept where Cyclonus's is and just turned into 'eye' slits):

 

Reverse from one of the siege megs molds would be fantastic

 

I can't express enough how much I would love the original 1984 seeker mold in Actionmaster Thundercracker colors.

 

I'd love to see first 5 Autobots from the 07 movie in their G1 colors
