    I agree, but I have to say that I thought that when its so overly blatant as $130 USD is here, that you could report it to Ebay and they'd force the seller to make a legit adjustment.

    Is it possible he meant $13.00 (still high) but made a mistake? His other items are all $5.00 to $15.00 shipping.

    No, if he only wanted to charge 13.00 for shipping, his BIN would be MUCH higher on that item than 15.00. He sold it to get out of paying the Ebay fees.
