This would make a fantastic Macross add-in.

At almost 10 inches in fighter mode it *could* fit in the 1/60. It's definitely longer than a 1/60 VF-1 but shorter than a 1/60 VF-0 from my rudimentary measuring just now with a measuring tape.

I know mine will be going with the Macross birds. I might even put some leftover Yamato decals on it.

According to the post, it seems the MSRP is 899 RMB in China, that's 131 USD, so after shipping, add $30 will be $160.... That's pretty expensive for a 20 cm airplane in my opinion.

And Takara as well, if the info about the new Starscream is true.

Hmm. That's a bit more than I thought. But all the talk and comparison with Macross figures of the same size, I know I've bought a couple of Macross figures over the years in the $130-$160 range. If it's close to that lower price from places like Show.Z or Baba, that might not be too bad.

EDIT: Granted, yes, we are kinda used to lower prices at that toy size. I think it's really going to be up to whatever review we get ahead of time on this guy, considering it's a new group.

You know, I LOVE transforming robots that become a sleek, clean jet. It’s very Macross-y, with minimal robot mode in jet mode.

I’ve usually been pleased with TFC, so I’ll probably be buying this if the price is decent.

Haha! It's right at the front of the title, and I totally missed that this was TFC. Scratch that last part. :D

Yeah! Now if only they'd evolve their release schedule. Their abominus is waiting and that white and black prime repaint is waiting...

Surviving is one thing, but I like the fact that they've finally got away from their signature bulkiness in design.

They have a lot of projects, their "cousins" CangToys and JianXing are busy too.

    What do you mean?
