    they said that, yes.

    The ones not getting toys are some of the repaints (the red rampage in the trailer is one of these repaint constructicons). we dont know which repaints will be released, and which ones won't. They don't want to flood the line with repaints.

    i would be so utterly and completely shocked if we didn't see most anything even HINTED at before it's all said and done, including repaints...

    I believe their gonna release the main ones, just not all as in
    all the constructicons that they said exist, but who evers around can form devastator, theres no set amount
    , so im guessing just the main 6-7

    Im thinkin theres a good chance that the yellow crane/scorpion insect CC wont get a mainline toy... Nor will Overload. I have hope for that yellow one seen in the preview last night on mtv.
