THe arm improvement is indeed massive. You just have to live with the grill being recessed, as the filler he planned got cut due to budget

The engine spoiler feels under developed.

for the price, you can’t beat it

The spoiler is nigh useless. Makes the gun not sit useably or weird. Why doesn't nonnef have people design stuff for him? The fact it's injection molded is incredible, the engineering not so much.
The Larkin's Lair spoiler is so superior but 3d printed (a usual big negative to me). He needs to seek assistance and he'd be perfect.

I have to admit that the Larkins Lair one does look better, shame its a Print.

Seems like Nonnef outdid themselves. Like Thomas said about the darker blue: Meh.
It also seems to match the blue of the wheelcaps. So there is some kind of continuity.
I luckily also love the Sunbow head so I don't need a replacement. And I don't mind how the front of the car looks with the upgrade kit installed.
If Go-Better doesn't come along with a kit that is as good or better I'll get this for my Pointblank.

My issue with the blue has to do with the blue elbows I ordered being a completely different shade than the other parts from the normal upgrade kit. If they were all darker or all lighter than the blue on Pointblank it would bother me quite so much. Since the parts sandwich against one another, it's really noticeable.

That's odd. I mean, my Nonnef parts are definitely much darker than the stock parts, but they're all the same darker blue.

Same. ..and I can totally understand that being an issue because it would bug me as well.

It really doesn't. Pictures and video make it look lighter than it really is. In hand, it's a darker shade than anything on the figure.
Color matching has always kinda been hit or miss with nonnef though, and I knew that going in.

Might need to look into that one at some point.. normally not one for printed pieces, but damn..

I got in a pretty big order a few days ago including the new Pointblank kit.

The blue bits are definitely darker, but not so much as to clash.
Doesn't bother me in the slightest.

Head and arm fillers for Dragstrip. There are two options for the head, flat (top left) or fake racing helmet (top mid). The bottom pieces go in his forearms

Also, be careful with the head fillers, they may crack the head if you don't file them down first

Got the kit installed. Love the arms, a simple but effective fix. Color match is bad but liveable.

Spoiler is overengineered wierdness. Three different parts that you have to take apart and reassemble to do this or that. I just want it to sit normally, hide in robot mode (don't want to use it as a "gun") and allow for the targetmaster to plug in the original way (or a non-weird way) in a single part.

Never really cared if he had it or not, honestly. The existing wings are good enough for me.

Yeah, that was definitely a weird choice. Not sure why it couldn't have been two pieces with a peg hole and a handle. Easy. Simple. Done.

I whipped up a couple little risers that stay on the targetmaster and make it work with the fin. No more need for that third adapter part and no need to take it apart anymore for the gun to point forward instead of at the sky. Happy with it now.

Will probably paint the blue on the spoiler to match.

So, I have a set on the way, just regular black elbows. I'm noticing the hood in a lot these pictures seems to split more than mine currently. Is that the kit causing a wider split, or were your Pointblanks like that already, and mine just closes better (pre-set assembly)?
