So , looking at that UK international seller site the slag kit is the toy head , sword , and horns . I understand the red horns for toy Accuracy, but why the gray horns ? The toy already comes with grey horns? What am I missing ? Slag/Slug Set (Nonnef Productions Pre-Order)

Ugh. Looks like the only way that Slag can hold his sword is the same crappy way that the G1 toy could. Does anyone make a 5mm extender?

    Thanks for this.

You don't have any issues with it falling out after scraping some of the backside away?

Nope. They stay in just fine on Kup. I can't say for the Datsuns.

    Also put some on Fasttrack

The existing SS Slug horns have some hollow gaps molded into them. These don't.

If you're referring to the fasttrack pic above your post, it's using the Datsun wheel covers - Datsun Wheel Peg Covers

I’ve been buying Nonnef stuff for years- I love the quality. Better than homebrew 3D print. But what process are they using to make their stuff?

If I'm not mistaken Nonnef does injection molding with aluminum molds (cheaper to produce than steel molds but they don't last as long), though I could be wrong on that.

    Ok thanks!
I was going back & forth with a buddy about it. He said it was high quality 3D prints. I said is some sort of mold since it’s on sprues. I wasn’t sure if it’s resin-as I’m not sure what that is exactly.

I can guarantee that it is not 3d printed, I've actually talked to him about his process in the past, just can't remember for sure if it's specifically aluminum molds or not, but it's definitely injection molded.

If someone receives the Slug set, could you kindly post pictures of how it's constructed? From the pictures, it looks like the orange blade is molded with the peg and the hilt simply slides onto it and locks on that way. If that's the case, I may cut the hilt short so that it goes halfway through the hilt and just attach a longer 5mm peg on the other end so that it clears his dino feet.
