Has Nonnef said anything about doing a yellow spoiler for Selects Tigertrack? I wanna get the kit for him to differentiate from the other versions of the mold

 

If I remember right, earlier in this thread it was mentioned that he gave it up due to not being able to match the yellow correctly. It's recommended to use the black ones, which actually look pretty good.

 

No yellow spoiler, he couldn’t match the yellows

 

I sent him a Twitter message asking if he'd do blue Lambo launchers when Deep Cover comes out or if I should just order another black one. If I get a reply I'll let you know.

Wait, he's not doing Tiger Tracks but he's still doing Sunstreaker? That makes no sense to me. Besides his red spoilers didn't exactly match on sideswipe but still looked good...

Well given that sunstreaker didn’t have a yellow spoiler, I think it’s easier since he doesn’t have to match any yellow.

 

Sunstreaker's spoiler is grey/silver, not yellow, so it makes perfect sense

 

I know it's not toon accurate, but I would love a shoulder launcher for 86 Jazz.

 

Actually Nonnef doesn't do chrome parts and considering the fact the last few versions of the figure came with yellow spoilers (chug, cb and MP *as an option) think it's safe to assume there was going to be an yellow option...

 

Never said he was going to chrome it, and Nonnef typically does default to g1 colors. And the last retail sunstreaker (cw) had a grey spoiler

 

I received the nemesis prime set as well as the barricade gold Datsun set and wheel covers.

The wheel covers are gonna be used for chromia and nightbird. They are sadly loose but a dab of glue fixed that.

The gold for barricade was very nice and matched the siege face color really well.

the nemesis prime trailer set is really nice. I especially like the new design for the fenders with the spacers. Much more secure. I think the only gripe is the standard standing prop Is too short with the upgrade and needs to be replaced. Surprised nonnef didn’t offer that as well. I think there is a prop on shapeways designed for the nonnef set but I don’t know if it will work with this new version.

Ordered the optimus set to go with a project I have going. Hopefully it all work right.
