Just going through all the shows and toy lines I knew as a kid, and thinking of modern toys that could be based on one hero and one villain from the show.

He-Man - Recolor MMC Falisaber green as Transformers Battle Cat!

Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors - Have Pretender style Jayce and Saw Boss as a humanoid. Inside them is a transforming robot who turns into Armed Force and Saw Boss's vehicle mode.

MASK - I will accept a long nose Optimus IF it transforms into the Rhino from MASK. Megatron as the Switchblade, sorta of a Classic-ized version of Animated Megatron.

Robotix - USE a BMOG style 5mm system with mini part of Argus and Tyrannix. Build them as robots or as whatever you can make up.

Silverhawks - Quicksilver and Mon-Star as highly articulated figures, each other their bird partners.

 

I noticed the guy who makes the Mechanauts toys did some stuff, including a Biotron color homage.

Official third party Macross toys already exist.

SOC GaoGaiGar was like $200 initially, one limb of whatever unoficial third party combiner ranges from $80 to over $100 a piece. One of the problems with SOC is that they seem to be made in small quantities so the remaining post-preorder stock and aftermarket prices balloons on desirable peices. The Studio Half-Eye Gurren Lagann is expensive since its a tiny resin garage kit that's made in super small quantities in someones basement, and it has permission from the rightsholders.

The robot from lost in space can turn into a cheesy space ship, mecha godzilla into you guessed it a cheesy space ship

 

I agree with the idea of some Sentai mecha to be made as 3rd party Transformers.
I would also love to see more of a Modern Revival of the Brave Series.
And having some Kamen Riders that turn into their respective bikes doesn't hurt either.

After seeing V3 and Den-O hiding in the background of MTMTE, I would be ALL OVER some 3rd party Kamen Rider robots. I would personally like to see a range of transformations, perhaps with a focus on insects. They do tend to hang out with Insecticons, don't they? Maybe Den-O could turn into a train! Or a peach.

I want a Indominus Rex transformer. Mostly just dinosaurs from Jurassic World or other Jurassic Park movies. Have Indominus Rex, Mosasaur. Dilophosaurus, Spinosaurus, Carnotaurus, etc

 

I'd like a version of this that doesn't cop out on the combining/transforming mechanism, is made of hard plastic and is bigger.
