Took out my old buddy Dragonzord from MMPR and I'm thinking about reprolabelling him, but the gold plating on his shoulders/chestplate is quite chipped off. Is there a way to fix it?
The problem is the paint is almost a mirror, I can see my face reflected on it and I'd like to keep it that way if possible and not make it opaque, any idea?

    Damage pictures attached.

no real way to fix it other than stripping it and rechroming or painting. As you pointed out it is a highly reflective finish, and there is no way to truly match the gold chrome.
