So, who here collects toys that aren't action figures, giant robots, or otherwise humanoid and animal shaped things. I for one enjoy Nerf. Modding those blasters is a ton of fun, and you can really get some serious performance out of them. Currently my favorite is the Big Bad Bow, which once you mod it to fire micro darts instead of arrows can easily shoot some insane ranges. I also enjoy yoyos. My current favorite is the Duncan Speed Beetle, which is great for looping, though the flared imperial design makes it useful for some string tricks as well. While I haven't built one in a long time I do still have a few military models as well. My personal favorite is the U.S.S. Nimitz. All the tiny planes on the deck are a nice touch, though make it a pain to clean. Lastly and perhaps most embarrassingly I do like plush. Mostly I collect character plushes. Sonic makes up the bulk of them but I have a few obscure ones like Bunbun from Sluggy Freelance and Leo from VGcats. I also have a huge Koopa Troopa and a couple of rescued overstock easter rabbit plushes. Well that's my non action figure stuff. Who else has some?
Do Mighty Muggs count...? even though I only have two of them, with no plans on getting more in the near future.
I collect Hot Wheels Cars, but latley my scope has been narrowed down to Final Runs, Treasure Hunts, and any and all variants of the "Rail Rodder" type car.
I collect Weta's 'Dr. Grordbort's Rayguns'. I have two so far. I hope to grab a Ray-Blunderbuss before the year's end.
though I dont buy them much I collect Nascar Diecast cars but I kinda stopped after spending $80 each
I collect Videos and DVD's. I have over a thousand Video's and DVD's now- all originals as well. I have them all in my lounge but the Mrs wants me to move them !
