they are looking into an ammo patch so ammo doesn't run so low. Straight from the Hasbro Panel.

 

Any actual video or quotes? I find it hard to believe they'd straight up say there is no plan to fix the online issues. As for ammo, I don't see the problem... There is a perk to give us extra ammo, a boost in the starting ammo would make that perk pointless.

 

Go to the front page and read the panel that just ended. HM says nothing about fixing the servers. Only that they are looking into an ammo patch.

 

That doesn't mean that they -not- going to fix issues with the game, though. Just that ammo is a big (an very vocal) issue for most so, ofcourse the would address that first.

 

Woulda been nice if some people asked more WFC questions.

Like why no DLC for PC users, why no PS3 multiplayer patch, etc.

 

If they didn't say anything about it, that doesn't mean they aren't going to fix the issues.

 

Trust me we won't see a fix.

 

No kidding, I swear, the fans just ask the wrong questions. "What does Hasbro think about Fansproject?" or "OH WOW, your game is amazing... how did you make it so awesome?".

Someone needs to ask the hard questions! So help me, if I go to botcon next year, i'm going to ask a ton of hard ball Oprah/ Barbara Walters type questions!! 

 

Yeah I'm going to put a "for now" into this. They may be focusing on the ammo first and perhaps more server stability next.

I have emailed HM 16 times, Faxed them 12, and called them and left over 50 messages (they never answer the phone) and those fucktards havent responded yet!!!! WTF!!! with such a small base of games are they really so busy they cant give equal attention to pc gamers?

hahaha may i say it was a slow and steady "try" at communicating with them, and apparently they ignore EVERYONE.

 

Well if you sent me 50 messages I'd probably stop checking them.

Anyway... I miss the days where software wasn't built on and for consoles only... back then if users wanted to change little (or big) things in a video game, they'd have an active modding community and do it themselves, dagnabbit!!

User created maps = awesome
User created skins =terrific
Complete overhauls to the core game = outstanding.

The Back to the Future mod for GTA: Vice City. The MVAM Saucer Separation mod for Star Trek: Bridge Commander. And then all the awesome Diablo stuff, Warcraft... some of the Star Wars Battlefront II maps and mods were pretty mind blowing. This harkened back to the old school games of Doom and Duke Nukem where people make awesome Death Star maps and the Ghostbusters mod for Doom (which I could never get to work properly!).

But now developers keep their precious console-code completely encrypted. *SIGH.*

 

Why do people attending panels ask questions that have been asked several times before or better yet, why do they go to panels without prepared questions? I never understood that. You have possibly one chance to ask someone in the know a big question and you going to ask something like “who’s your favorite Autobot?” or “Flames or no flames on Optimus Prime?” Really?! *shakes head*

 

the only thing needing more ammo is easy mode. if your playing on normal you should already know how to conserve ammo and use your 3 guns effectively.

The title of this thread is misleading and disingenuous. If they did not address server online issues, that is not the same thing as saying they won't fix anything.
