Might be a little late now but I was just thinking about which head to use for a Turmoil custom.
If you can sculpt mouthplates I'd suggest a Jazz head. Otherwise Earthrise Ironworks.
IF you are still at this custom.  

 

I could totally see a Bulkhead from this figure

 

The Armada Megatron head gives me a Breacher vibe.

yeah this is nuts hahah. this got turned into Turmoil a decade ago, then a few years back sold to someone haha.

 

So where are the pictures of the finished thing?
