    Well, I guess two World Wars and a certin Adolph Hitler kinda makes Germany not very quick to show its army around.

    Oh, and some of the balls got shot off during World Wars 2.

    Yeah after ww1 and ww2 really not supprised hell they would even allow Jazz(in proper form) and Bumblebee to be made in the Binatech project

    They did filming for ROTF at Holloman AFB, NM, where there is a permanent German AF detachment that does training w/ U.S. forces. Dunno what the big deal is...their gov't is OK with Germans training with Americans, but not OK to let 'em be extras in a movie...whatever. :rolleyes2

    Most goverment allows training with Americans but they don't like to shout about it. Especially Germany with it's unlucky past.

    Oversensitivity. Thats all. My relatives in Germany always complain about it. Its like the governemnt still (ridiculously) feels it has to make up for the past.
    The descrimination and violence laws, as well as the overt anti-war government spin are so strict and over emphasised there, as if Germany is the only place history would repeat itself.

    Too bad for german fans, they would have liked to see their guys, just like fans all over the world would have liked to see theirs.
