Have you tried to call Nintendo support?

Call? Probably no. It was very late in the night to attempt, and he was heading to work in the morning anyway (Walmart, btw. Where we got the double pack). If they refuse to do an exchange, I'll bring it up. Thanks.

Sure hope there are some eShop surprises during the Game Awards coming up. Decided to pass on some stuff during the Cyber Sale in hopes of getting stuff I'd want as opposed to stuff I had enough for.

I’m guessing if he got sword, then you got shield? If that’s the case, give him your shield to return with his sword to exchange a double pack for another double pack. You get a brand new shield gamecard in the process. I think the game save is on the system so you should be fine if you already started.

He actually got them to exchange it, so it's all good now.
*realizes I left out information about the fact that we threw out the receipt to the double pack* Oops... That is a good idea though. thanks. *writes into notes*

Walmart doesn't really care about receipts.

Hmm. Mario Oddyssey or Yoshi's Crafted World next?

Also, I think the joycons are starting to drift. I was playing Yono and the character kept running into the water without any input. Good thing I bought a Pro Controller.

They really don't. My brother exchanged an unopened AV cable that had been bought 700 miles away in another state with no receipt to a nearby Walmart. They took it.

Huge YMMV then. Because the one I always go to, needs the reciepts.

Nice. Hopefully a more "full fat" Direct is also coming later in the month and they just wanted to not drown out the indies and give them time to shine too before the final Holiday sale rush.

Sports Story looks real neat. I enjoyed Golf Story, and I love the approach they're taking with this sequel.

But this certainly wasn't the sequel I was expecting:

Can you attatch a controller to switch lite? My daughter wants to earn one for good grade goals but I'm leery of the drift issue.

Hm. Tough choice. Yoshi games look cutesy but usually fun to play.

Mario game always has tons of replay value and players go for the 100% completion.

Toss a coin and have your daughter or boyfriend call it in the air.

My boyfriend doesn't give a poo about Mario. My daughter is in the same boat as me. She can't decide either. :lol
