Yup. I've done those just recently. I want to be able to say I did everything before I die. (Except having kids, lol.)

49ers are fucking terrible, and I don't care why.

Good thing I'm not a fan of them.

So Johnny Manziel flipped the bird to the Redskins bench during tonight's preseason game. Well done Johnny, well done.

So, I'm a diehard Bears fan, always have been and always will.

After that I've always liked the Chiefs and Chargers as my 2 and 3 teams.

After reading about Simms and Dungy and losing more respect for them, I think I want the Redskins to go undefeated and win a Superbowl, unless it gets in the way of the Bears winning.

Preseason = practice for regular season, at least imo.

Santonio Holmes may be done as a #1 or even a #2, but I'm glad the Bears signed him. He doesn't need to be great on offense. We already have Marshall and Jeffrey for that. He can be a decent #3 until Wilson returns. If he has anything left in the tank, he could be an asset to the offense and a threat to defenses. This could be the three headed monster at WR.

And aside from the third preseason game, its barely even that. The real practicing actually happens at practice. That's when they get deep into the playbook and work to perfect the offense and defense. In 3/4 preseason games, they call vanilla plays that are really only used to see where the team is at technique wise. I'm more interested in the actual training camp portion as far as evaluating goes. The preseason is fun for myself and millions of other fans because its awesome to see your team play, but it wouldn't bother me to miss a game.

Holmes signing should be a decent one as long as he has some gas left in his tank. Of course he comes with his own set of problems, but I don't think Tressman puts up with bullshit, so maybe it won't matter then.

I was sad to see Zach Miller will be out for the season, looked like he might be something, but the next two in line did show a little something, so maybe it will work out okay tight end wise and maybe we can see some 2 tight end packages after all with Martillus Bennet(if he keeps his ass out of trouble)

Especially if those two teams will meet again during the regular season, the coaches are so concerned with giving anything away they call plays so basic it's high school stuff. I've seen to many teams go 0-4 in the preseason then make the playoffs that year. Preseason games are to evaluate the 90 players on your roster so you can cut down to 53 when the time comes and hopefully make the right choices.

I'm going to wait until Week 1 just in case there is a big injury this coming weekend where the starters are "supposed" to play into the 3rd quarter.

I don't want to jinx any team this early.

Your offense is ungodly awful, but your defense if healthy could be elite. If Fitz manages to be a decent game manager you could get a wild card spot, AFC isn't strong anyway, only two true elite teams.

I still wish we choose Keenum over Fitz. We scored a good chunk with him last year, almost beat the "elite" teams of the NFL a couple times with him. Sure Fitzpatrick has more experience, but I don't see him as our "guy" on offense.
