Huh. I kinda want one of these to see how it's built.

Looks like he may have knee joints.
If he does, LEGO, take note.

Lego typically doesn't build with knee joints for stability issues. Their current suite of joint parts is poorly suited for large-scale, highly-articulated mecha. They have to double-up joints to handle the weight strain, which compromises range of motion.

This is NOT really related to Xiaomi or Cyberverse. It's part of the Nezha x Transformers line in China which also included some block toys.

Um, what is that last picture? Does this thing transform??

(Or does it need to be disassembled and re-built into a truck?)

It seems to have the large AT-AT joints for the knees...but uses the regular Bionicle ball-joints for the hips.
lolno this is going to have legs floppier than a fish out of water.
I wouldn't mind trying the replicate it if instructions ever make it online though.

So much for Lego making a new factory in China and various Chinese-based lines in hopes of them taking down clone brands.

Looks to be more stable than recent Masterpiece figures.

Definitely non-transforming, comparing the two modes. No thanks.

    That was never gonna happen.
    Lego's a clone themselves anyway.

Now, back to the Optimus with knees!

Only in the basest sense. Only the original stud technology was copied. Pretty much everything thereafter was of their own development. It's pretty damned obvious when everybody else rips off their compound curve elements and Technic components.

Some new images from Weibo. It seems it will be a Xiami store exclusive, kind of limited or promotional item. Not that Xiaomi is involved in the production of the toy rather than being sold via their flag store.

Wish it had a built head instead of a specialized piece and actually transformed

Pity it can\'t transform. If it had the ability I would have picked this up. Still looks good.

Looks like a lot of technic KO pieces, do we know who is actually producing it? It’s not Hasbro or TT, right?
