They have been so far but with the popularity of the live action movies Takara should look at doing Masterpieces of Prime & Megatron at the very least as they'd be guaranteed big sellers.

A proper Rodimus Prime, or Galvatron. It's doubtful we'll get either, but would make total sense... Many Autobot cars were covered in the Alternators line, and the famous g1 Decepticons were really the seekers, Megs, SOundwave, and the Constructicons. Doubtful we'll get Soundwave or the Constructicons, so you have to go to the B team... Galvatron, Cyclonus and Scourge.

I'd vote for Soundwave or Rodimus Prime myself, or maybe an Alternator-size Bumblebee.

your thinking of alternators. a masterpiece bb wouldnt necessarily have to be a vw beetle.

 

lets look at the facts here

theres 3 autobots (counting UM)
and 4 decepticons (counting repaints)

so my guess is, the next ones another autobot. that being said, we cant have bumblebee, due to VW being a bunch of hippies douches and trying not to promote violence. so my guess is its going to be the another autobot with a big roll.

i was gonna say ironhide, but that seems impossible without making him be a partsformer (having a trailer base thingy like g1). but at least they could make a ratchet repaint
