Got Leviathan/Thundercracker, pretty great, except the vertical pelvis swivel is problematically loose. Any suggestions?
I used some Kiki solution to tighten up that pelvis joint and also most other joints on all of my NA seekers. It generally works well to tighten action figure joints and especially well on legend-sized figures. You can search Youtube for some info on it.
I'm intrigued. It's not on Amazon as far as I can tell. Where did you get it?
Edit: I found it on e-bay from just 1 seller based in Thailand. I wonder if it's similar to future polish?
does this help tighten pinned joints as well as ball joints?
I think it's only available from ebay. Comes from Vietnam. I've used it on all kinds of Transformers, robots, and action figures and found it to work well in most instances. There are a couple of guys on Youtube that covered this so you should check it out if you're interested.
Kiki is very liquid, so it can flow into pin joints. I've used it on many pin joints (including NA seekers) and it has mostly worked well. You are depending on it to flow into the joint where it's needed so in that sense you can't control how well it works, but in most cases it has worked to my satisfaction after one or two applications.
For ball joints it's easy to apply and works well too.
i've never had luck with Future on pinned joints, but it works well with ball joints. i'll give this a try, thanks.
I had a big bottle of Future and never really liked the results of using it for any joint I've tried to tighten. It always either didn't work at all, or got loose again fairly quick.
With Kiki, on figures I've successfully tightened up, I haven't had to go back for a 2nd application yet. Just yesterday I got an Earthrise Wheeljack. It was relatively floppy with fairly loose outward shoulder joint, elbow joint, outward hip joint, and knee joint. The figure actually has no ball joints at all. I dropped Kiki into all of those pinned joints and now it is all nice and tight. Very please with how Kiki worked on this particular figure.
To be on-topic, my 6 NA seekers all got the Kiki treatment on all of the joints and they are now a tight bunch.
Future is still liquid gold for me. Always satisfied.
Thanks for the tip on Kiki - just grabbed a bottle on eBay.
Interesting stuff from a few videos I watched. It doesn't look like futures or nail polish as it comes out white and as far as I can tell, dries clear.
I've got this on my radar as I just bought some Joy Toy figures and they didn't do so well in the mold department, as I can move the head around on the ball joint like there is too much space and I think this would fix that issue. I'm also hoping this fixes my KO Inferno toon nozzle accessory, which is too loose, though the official isn't much better.
Not that I have doubts but let me know how it works out for you.
Will do - can't really argue with the price.
Kiki works. See my post:

You can also search the forum. There are other people who use it.
Signs of life.
Ironic that it's Ghost Starscream
Glad to see this. I was wondering where this was and Acid Storm were because they seemed ready before all this fun began. Clone shouldn't be too far behind either.
Does it come with the Metroplex Eye accessory that is shown on the box?
i doubt it but i sure as hell wish it did.
Was hoping for Reflector.
Not sure if I'm in for this and Acid Storm, Hotlink and Sunstorm. If I get these figures I want the rest of the The Rainmakers and Welcoming Committee. Newage hasn't releashed any information they are doing the rest.
With Iron Factory bringing out Ion Storm and Nova Storm and I'm expecting Nacelle will be part of one of the cons to come I'll have all the seekers I want.
Not sure if this was posted yet. So badass looking, but that price is insane.
