Anyone got any ideas what this is? S01 so a new product line. I cannot tell what the background image is but Green and purple makes me think G2 megatron. But why does it say "No Tank". Very confusing.

 

It is the attack on the autobot shuttle, so what does that mean and why aren't there any tanks? 
Ether way that means more MP Constructicons right?
the 'S01' seems to mean something different at least, a diorama or ship perhaps?

 

My bet is that’s it’s the first of NA’s G1 MP line.

 

If so, putting the chosen image, 'Romulus' and 'no tanks' together that's got to be Megatron then?
I'm assuming 'no tanks' is shade at Hasbro's upcoming 86 Megs.

 

Background image looks like G1 Scavenger. Like Phase Sixer said I wouldn’t be surprised if it was an MP line, although after FansToys Superion I wouldn’t love seeing another combiner where the bulk is just a big skeleton to plug bots into, especially at that scale.

If they are entering the MP game, then Newage would be a VERY serious challenger to Fans Toys.

 

If it is a G1 MP line I will be a little disappointed. Would rather they focus on the legends scale stuff personally. Theres enough 3P G1 lines already.

 

Biggest competition would be Magic squares insanely competitive pricing.

 

The name Romulus and NO TANK suggest G1 MP Megatron, but why have a picture of Scavenger then? If it's Mp Devy (which I really hope not), I don't think it'll be a good idea to compete with XTB, MMC and FT. And that wouldn't explain the NO TANK thing. Hmm...

It's a collab with the Alien Romulus movie. We are getting a chestbuster for sure!!!

 

My imagination is telling me its the autobot shuttle from that movie scene and S01 stands for set or scene but they already have a scene series label so i guess not. we will see when Showz eventually puts the listing up since they have been pretty accurate with them in the past.

 

I’m just going to ignore all the signs and hope it’s the start of a legends scale Beast Wars series until it’s revealed otherwise

 

"No tank" answer to Hasbro's tank Megs would mean CHUG though, so it would fit to SS86, as that line isn't MP.

Romulus was the founder and first King of Rome ... this is Megatron probably (maybe 2.0 ver or another character I thought is Prowl 2.0 but rather it will be that it is Megs).

 

Yeah, probably a new MP Megatron which I will be very much interested in...
