Does inferno and grapple scale well with MS bots or does he look a bit thin or small?

Loving that Artfire and looking forward to Grapple and Inferno toy decos, those will be the ones for me.

 

Liking Artfire’s jolly, smirky face sculpt.

I feel like he should have come with a second targetmaster to give to the old NA Stepper figure.

 

Wonder if they'll do a Hauler.

 

You definitely don’t know Newage if you have to even ask.

A little disappointing that Artfire doesn’t have a regular gun, but from what I can tell, that seems G1 toy accurate.

 

Artfire looks great. Wish Grapple came with an extra black head, which he occasionally had in the cartoon.

I will repeat my hope that EX Inferno comes with his G2 launcher weapon, since G1 toy and G2 versions are essentially the same aside from that weapon.

I certainly hope so!

 

Backdraft is another great addition to the collection. I think the only thing I'm missing is some head articulation. It only has a swivel. Apart from that I think it's excellent and with a fun intuitive transformation. Very nice. And in perfect scale. The same height as the seeker mold!

In anticipation of Artfire Backdraft borrows Cyclonus' Nightstick  

 

Bummer about the neck articulation, they could have easily put an up/down swivel (or ball joint) there in addition to the left/right swivel on the head “cage”

Exactly it's odd that at certain releases they decide to not include it (Jones) or minimize the ball joint range (Tyr, Haraldr and the Constructicons).

 

This isn’t really a Newage issue but I’ve never really been interested in Artfire. I quite like the white cab but his red limbs seem too derivative of Inferno. He has always felt like a ‘Final Battle’ or ‘Matrix Powered’ upgrade version of Inferno more so than his own unique character to me, obviously influenced by his lack of appearance in the cartoon. I think I’d prefer it aesthetically if he was all white as well.

 

If only this Grapple had also a smiling face would istant buy ,for this , i ll buy a MP version first.

NA are fully worthy but expensive, i ll wait a little for this.
