    It should be identical to the normal version minus the one diecast piece is now plastic.

    While i understand removing the diecast on the friend version to make it cheaper, i really don't get the decision on why they chose skyfire since the original is already unpainted. In fact, didn't they leave it unpainted to cut costs in the first place?

    With optimus at least he was fully painted and quite a difference could be seen with the non diecast/painted friend version.

    I wish they'd do more friend versions of other fully painted moulds like a galvatron, cyclonus or even grimlock.

    Sounds like the packaging for the SG version hasn't been finished yet (the designer is sick) but will be shipped once completed.

    That clear kills me. Should have made the Botcon SG Dread instead of that.

    They do a clear version of every mold, so it's not taking any potential repaints away. What sg version are you talking about as well? They already did an sg version based off the classics/siege black and green deco.

    The original SG Jetfire, from Botcon years ago. The Iron Factory is the better mold for it overall, but would be cool if they just went bonkers and did something like this. The color scheme is awesome, wish I still had one.
