Yes!!! Zoids!!! The one toyline that re-ignited my collecting hobby when many of the main toy scenes seemed stagnant (in certain aspects)!

So much so that my user name is a tribute to them! :)

I hope the line does well so we get some reissues like Gojulas, Iron Kong, Death Saurus and the Ligers!

That bring said...the above new models look 'small'?

    Thanks for posting the news!

It's a kids series mang. That's why they seem smaller.
Kotobukiya has done a load of Zoids stuff btw.

The wild liger is the same size as the shield liger, they seem smaller because the scale is different, these look like they are 1/35 or so.

So, the pilots rind on them instead of in them.

    You have my attention.

It'll be nice to see some new designs, but I'm kinda not feeling it.

I know about the Koto zoids but after picking up Iron Kong (first release) and leant that it had difficulty supporting its weight...I put off building it.

Them I picked up Gojulas but was boggled down with work, that it's sitting at my folks' place gathering dust...

I'm confused...are you saying that in the story the wild liger is the same size as the shield liger but toy-wise its smaller?

i think he means viceversa... Storywise it's smaller, toywise it's the same size... And while I'd love a new arachnid type, I'll settle for a new canine type. Too many felines and saurian types....

still not sure what is up with them not having cockpits like a standard mech as in the old lines but instead the 'pilots' just rode them like horses.

Oh man. This is the first time I've seen the toys. They look pretty cool, and I may have to pick some up for nostalgic reasons.
I had quite a few Zoids as a kid despite never watching the show. Now that they're making new toys, I don't think I'll be able to pass them up.

But the cockpits are like the signature of zoids/starriors/etc. Ah well.

The riders make these kits look like they are in the 1/24th scale.
