    I've had a quick look at a few of the European Amazons (namely UK, France, Italy and Germany) and can't see that any of them have it added yet. Snarl was only officially released for pre-order yesterday and often it can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks for pre-orders to show up on online retailers outside of America. The only advice I can offer is that you follow your local transformers sightings thread and keep checking back on your closest amazons every day or two.
