I'm the same way. I went to a local TRU last week, they had a display reset. Transformers were moved 2 aisles further than usual, and still had wave 1 stuff, but I did see 2 Wheelies and Blaster's sidekicks Rewind and Stripes. Online shopping makes everything easier. Any sightings of leader class figures in the NYC area? If not, I'll go the online route.
which TRU that they moved Transformers figures 2 aisles back? I went to the one in 48st. TRU to get Fortress Maximus but they don't have him so I went to Metropolitan Ave to get him there.
Exactly the one, 48th Street and Northern Blvd. in Long Island City. Fort Max was spotted a couple of weeks ago, I saw 2 and passed.

No grimlock at the Albany ollies. I'll check back tomorrow. $35 sounds like a steal of a Christmas present for my son tho.
Marshalls in Islip off of Sunrise Highway had a Cyclonus but I grabbed him. They still have quite the mix of Scattershots, Onslaughts, Motormasters, and BC Optimus Primes. No deluxes from what I saw.
Has anyone in Albany seen grimlock at ollies? Also does anyone know where in ollies they are. Like in the Christmas area or the regular aisle.
I'm not quite sure. Right now mine has two large displays in front (one boys toys one girls toys) The usual toy aisle is filled with the average stuff they also carry. I also haven't seen the GI Joe exclusive there yet either. It looks to me like a major holiday reset is forthcoming. All Halloween items are 50% off and there's slim pickings left.
New to Albany... been collecting in VA for 17+ years as an adult and was a 1980's kid with a ton of original G1. Checking out NY area Sightings forum for the first time. I order quite a bit online these days, but when I'm hunting around here I go to the TRU on Wolf Rd. Also, the Target and Walmart near Crossgates Mall. I've had luck at TRU; found the entire first wave of TR from legend to titan class. Wave 2 is trickling in. Currently they have: Sentinel x2, Galvatron x1, Laserbeak x3, Ravage x2, Rewind x2, Scourge x4, Blurr x1, Hardhead x1, and Skywarp x4 I've only seen wave 2 deluxes at Walgreens as mentioned above. I ordered Soundwave online, but haven't seen him anywhere.
