    It's included with Grapple. The product description list him coming with 3 weapon accessories (Gun, Claw and Hose).
    I believe there's another video some where, where Warden shows off the hose storing some where on Grapples back as well.

    Hope its not just something they added for the display but I hope it comes with him.

    Edit: why not put this in the official product shots as for some it could be a deal breaker

    Even better then! Is still like my idea of the claw being articulated and "transforming" into the hose, but at least they include it as an optional piece.
