I just want that Netflix Soundwave. My local walmart just overstocked on those Headmaster exclusives while Elita-1 is shelfwarming bad, so my luck of finding a Soundwave out in the wild is all but gone.

 

Im cool with that but im not riding the hype train either. Such a shame they dont reissue more G1 cassettes to go with blaster.

 

Walmart is a necessary evil for the brand to thrive, lets just hope they isn't many desirable characters this time around. Walmart really wants in on the collector market and they want to become more competitive than Amazon, but they are never going to get there with how unreliable their preorders are. I know amazon exclusives get a bad wrap but for the most part they haven't had a situation that happened with the incinerator trooper or the Netflix line. Collectors want a reliable service for a fair price, if Walmart can fix their issues they could easily take over amazon's hold on the market.

It's hard to get excited about new pre-orders at walmart.com when previous experiences have been lined with delays, order cancellations, and over-inflated algorithm driven prices. But I know I at least want to try to get that Cheetor with the darker blue. Thankfully, I'm off on March 15th so I'll be able to try to get in some pre-orders with cautious optimism but won't hold my breath until I see a ship notification.

 

I think the only way I would get the seeker is if it were a coneheads or a new mold.

Not this time, Wal-Mart.  Take your pre-orders, put \'em where the sun don\'t shine; and afterwards, you can go fuq yourselves.

 

I know the most logical route is that of WFC Netflix Wave 3, but I do love to see more G1 Reissues like Hound or Bruticus, since we never had gotten them reissued in the west.

I haven't been following the Netflix show so I have no idea who's in it. But my most wanted repaints are Earthrise Diaclone blue Bluestreak, Earthrise Prowl in G1 toy colors and deco, Stepper from SS 86 Jazz, and Soundblaster. So if Hasbro could slip even one of those in, regardless of whether or not they're in the show, I'd be happy.

 

We don't even know who the characters will be!
