    At first I was excited, but then I noticed the art is not movie related, so, nice art regardless.

    I live in Asia and got hold of the PS2 game in question. Believe me when I say it's truly awful on a number of levels. Lazy execution, highly repetitive gameplay and so on. SixShot is 6 different characters one for each alt-mode, similar thing for triple changers, Megatron can move around the levels as a floating handgun and any jet can transform and fly for a couple of seconds before hitting the invisible walls.

    The best single player TF experience is still the PS2 armada game, ROTF game had an excellent online element. Here's hoping for the best yet for this one.

    Holy crap this looks AWESOME!! Definitely getting it for PS3! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let this be tied to the new cartoon! If it is, I'd definitely watch it!

    I'm feel'n this game may be a lot like Halo but with Transformers, thats the vibe I'm getting. Still cool :]

    Wow those designs are sick, loving Megatron.

    Here's hoping these make it to plastic form.

    Would be kinda cool if this was indeed tied into the coming series...hmm.

    Damn, this is looking pretty badass!

    Looking into the future, there could be three or four toy lines for TFs in the works, released sequentially or at the same time:

    - Movie 3
    - Continuation of Universe/Classics style
    - The new series
    - Video game based

    So much awesome, so many possibilities...

    I'll say this: it looks like it'll make up for two crappy movie games. :D  Which means I can finally get rid of my copy of Transformers Armada for the PS2. W00t!

    This is non-G1 enough to be fresh, but still iconic enough to look like "Transformers" even at a glance.

    I want figures based upon this...especially Megatron.

    But I must temper my enthusiasm: this is Activision unfortunately, not Bethesda, 2K, Retro Studios, or Team Ninja.

    Still very excited, but I'm a realist. This will not be polished and fine-tuned, and the controls will be vague.

    :thumbs2:  to bad they didnt make a "war within" tv show OR maybe just maybe this game might have some relation with the next series, who knows.
