I like them, and I despise anything that comes out of that shit stain movie universe.

If the writing of the stories and characters are likable a la Animated, this show should please a lot of folks, especially the kids.

I don´t see how this conects to WFC tho. Cause Megs keeps his cybertronian mode, but is now a jet? Weird.

Cool shots of the TF's, nothing overly exciting except for HOLY SHIT DELTORA QUEST haven't seen that yet gonna have to re-read the books now awesome.

 

I really like the way these look. It's like they took the general idea of the movie designs but got rid of everything I felt was wrong with those. They're now sleeker, smoother, traditionally "armored", distinctive and colorfull. Very decent design job. Prime is the weak link to me, looking the most movie-ish. But Megatron, Ratchet, Arcee and Cliffjumper are all very cool.

I like them a LOT MORE than I liked the Animated designs early on. Now of course that show turned out to be the best thing since Beast Wars, but just goes to show you can't trust first impressions. The writing quality will be the biggest factor IMO.


ZacWilliam, really wants to see Bulkhead and was a bit disapointed not to see him here.

 

The designs are starting to grow on me but I CAN'T stand BB. I don't want to sound like a Geewunner but to me Bumblebee is the small guy that transforms into a small compact car, not a sports car that MANY others transform into already.

 

I think they look dumb, but I'll give it a shot.

 

Well, I don´t like small cars, so this works for me.

Personally I never liked G1 BB or the Animated version, always felt he was a bit useless and was only there for the kid appeal, and the Animated version was downright annoying. I hope he is not as annoying as Animated BB and is able to kick ass.

 

them pictures are awesome. transformers prime looks like it's going to be a good cartoon.

 

As long as Marty Isenberg is attached to a TF show, I have no doubts that it will rock. Kurtzman and Orci... the jury is still out. I'll give them the studio system x Micheal Bay benefit of the doubt though.

I like the designs but I too am missing the dynamic that comes from having characters of different body types/ages and sizes. These Autobots all look like bodybuilders to me.

 

I like! Arcee and Ratchet look particularly cool! Can't wait to see what other cast members will join

 

Are people really this dense? Come on man. Why would they put out the money for a show and NOT do toys? Think a little bit man.

That and it's been stated they couldn't talk about them because their still in the design phase. :|

 

They look pretty terrible but I will wait to see how the show is.

 

This looks like a 1990s CGI cartoon.

 

I don't care what boys like (I'm a male). My daughter loves Transformers and Arcee just happened to be her favorite character. Arcee's being blue is not going to sit well with her, as PINK is her favorite color.

Just because Transformers is predominately a boy toy line, it doesn't have to completely.

Meh, I don´t see anything wrong with Arcee being blue. Works better than pink IMHO.
