    Maybe this patent has something to do with the fact that Simon Furman has said that he is interested in making The Fallen a part of his "The Thirteen" series that we'll probably see next year. That could definitely be more justification for making a new toy of him as well.

    I was not a fan of WWI 3, so I don't care if we never see the Fallen again, but if it'll make people happy, and if it's part of IDWs comics, then I'm happy as well.

    The universe galvatron repaint seems to be likely. I can actually see fallen's colors working on that tank frame. As hasbro has a reputation for not making new heads I think the fallen head sculpt would be absolutely necessary.

    Blaster works ok for me without the change, but fallen demands it.

    I'd almost swear I've seen a picture of a Robot Hero Fallen before... then again, it might've been a custom and my general lack of interest in that line caused me to gloss over it and assume it was real.
