New toon-acurate TFA Bumblebee head - Wasp Pics added

Ok so this is something that has bugged me since the toy first came out. Bumblebees head was just wrong..the crest not being taperd and sticking out, a whole bunch of angles that looked wrong, the uneven eyes, the odd way the mouth was put on.
    So I re-did the head.
I reproduced the existing head into wax and added here took away ther reshaped the back of the head, new neck joint removed angles, infilled parts.

The thread lists as minor/repaint becuase its not the whole figure just the head thats been resculpted, but it was still a lot of work

And here is the result a more acurate Bumblebee head. Now its not 100%, the one part that didn't look right was the nose. The yellow part of Bee's nose is a flat line while the black part has a point. Sculpting that detail looked wrong and painting it on makes him look like a cat. I've added a photo of the cat like version
    [EDIT]
    Currently working on -

Bumblebee - Head sculpted - moulded - Casts available
Wasp - Head Sculpted - moulded - Casts available
Cliffjumper - Head sculpt in progress
Tapout - Head sculpt in progress
    Chase
    Freeway
    Searchlight
    Volks
    Carrera
    Furão
    Hubcap
    Sedan
    Bumper
    and Glyph

Maquette style Cybertronian 'Stinger' model body - Sculpt in progress - 80% complete
Maquette style cybertronian 'Stingette' model body - Sculpt in progress

And theres more. Not only will these heads all be the correct size to fit the Bumblebee body so you can customise your own figure, but I've also been working on a Maquette style cybertronian form body thats in scale with the heads (according to Derricks artwork in the Almanacs) and a better scale with Prime etc.

If anyone is interested head casts Bumblebee and Wasp are ready - $12 inc postage worldwide (unpainted)

If anyone has a head they want to see done before the others just say so I can get them started - Tapout is next

    wait...

Are you also selling the cybertronian stinger body type?
'Cause that and a glyph head, and you got yourself a customer right here.

I will be, once the arms are finished and I 've done the base. I'm going to do a female 'stinger' type body specifically for Glyph, but the glyph head will fit the Deluxe toy version body as well.

I just need to finish the maquette sculpt and work out a cost. I love Animated style maquettes and the cool part about these is because they're all going to be made in resin is if people want to customise the pose then its really easy to cut fill and paint the resin.
And the scale of the maquette version puts them at a better scale with the other bots so when i do the others as Maquettes....oops said too much there...forget i said that last bit, k ;)

i tried to make a cybertonian bumblebee (when i say try i mean thought how it would work) the only difference i could make is to put covers on his front wheels and redesign the windowscreen

how much will the body be? and is it still $12 if it ships to the uk

I don't know how much the body will be yet I need to work it out from the amount of resin to make each one and the mouldcosts.

Well I'm in the UK so within the UK lets say $11

Interested in heads, but not BB. Glyph or Tapout maybe. Nice job, though. Not enough of a die hard fan to really care about the toy's inaccuracies, but nice nonetheless.
