That would mean a voyager spot getting taken up by the 4th G1 inspired Starscream in as many years. I'd much rather get characters we haven't seen in years than a slightly improved Starscream and another 5 or so redecos.

If it’s not cyberverse and indeed a core class version, that’d be sweet. I recently added the T30 Sky-Byte to the collection since the RID one was outside my budget. If the core class comes to fruition, he’ll make a nice pick up for my kids .

 

I went back to check the 2020 response and to me it screams "this wont fit into ER or Kingdom so we're going to push it down the road". That's just my hopeful interpretation though.

It's also a damn shame what happened with Naval Commander, so many QC issues and some of them like the chest literally didn't need to be there.

I'm obviously biased being an Armada fan and all, but they could make this same statement for just about any major Optimus and I'd make the same assumptions.

 

I have a pretty good bet on why Megatron was shrunk to a leader and not a commander. In case they need to make a TFP predaking, they can remold him and not have to make a higher priced one.

Exactly, a $30 prime with a $55 trailer to combine with. Seems pretty doable at a commander price point.
