I'd rather Tidal Wave be smaller than a titan, like a good commander possibly leader, and basically just be a huge weaponizer. Then we can get a Masterpiece scale TW offical or otherwise down the line with a game accurate repaint to have our cake and eat it too.

Exactly. I was lucky enough to find an original BW Inferno and Animated Lockdown for decent prices, but I'd still like new versions of both of them for various reasons.

For those who haven't been able to find figures like that, then new ones would be great. That's why I want a new Prime Arcee, specifically so I can hopefully get a Flamewar from it.

At least one (me). RIRFIB Forever!

My personal theory is Hasbro doesn't want to flood the market. It's likely they knew that Beast Megatron and T-Wrecks, followed by JP Tyrannocon Rex were already pushing the limit on how many T-Rex Megatron molds could be on the market in such a short window and still sell well. Thus, they held back on Transmetal Megatron (even though he'd be a different mold) for now and moved up Transmetal II Megatron in the schedule.

Similarly, they knew they were already going to have Kingdom Galvatron on shelves quickly followed by Selects Galvatron. When it was leaked that the upcoming Straxus wouldn't be a Galvatron retool but instead based on the new sleek IDW 2.0 design, they had to have heard the loud "No" from most of us fans. With two Galvys already in quick succession, I suspect they wisely chose to delay their revised plans to instead retool Galvatron into Straxus... for now.

My guess is we'll see a true Galvy Straxus (and the retool of Armada 'Screamer into Jhiaxus) on down the road a bit.

for me it was the fact his back and front torso pieces wouldn’t hold together and it didn’t allow for any fun posing.

I want a TM Waspy I can pose!

So lemme get this straight. There will be not only the core class 1:60 Ratchet, but also a 1:35 Deluxe BB Movie Ratchet and a 1:35 Voyager SS86 Ratchet coming?

Yeah I'm just messing, this could be the best of both worlds. I absolutely don't Titan shelf space but for Armada ill make it work.

According to a post from @Apollux, if I'm understanding it correctly, yes. Which, is really cool for anyone that missed the Galactic Odyssey version (and Amazon Ironhide since that repaint is likely inevitable) or, like me, the price of those two lackluster figures just kept calling to you on eBay. :lol

Aside from a more playable TM Waspy. I’ll probably pass on the other Transmetals. I’m good with the originals. Unless they come with Minicons.

They aren't even putting a short character bio blurb on the figures anymore, so they new Legacy Drag Strip could be likely head canoned into either boy or girl bot. Or ace. Hopefully the new Legacy figure can keep some of Universe Drag Strip's lankiness/wiriness without making Legacy Menasor's arm too dispropotionate. I'd like to keep seeing a mix of different body plans for male-identified Transformers: chonky boys, weightlifter boys, short boys, tall boys, and lanky/wiry boys.

Also a lanky male or fem Drag Strip tooling could be an easy repaint and rehead into Crasher/Fracture, in case you thought Menasor wasn't angry and smashy enough.

If you faint, does it mean you pass or fail the Bene Gesserit test?

I have a hard time believing this but at this point, I expect anything is possible. Hasbro is mental but I’m fine with that.

I think one reason could be that the designs differ too greatly. Sure you had beasts and G1 in Kingdom, but so many mixed?
And they look bland as hell for it
I'd agree on Bulkhead and Optimus, but Arcee? Her FE release was way too big and the RID release was cheap and didn't look great while still being slightly too big. Both versions didn't integrate the wheel into the back.

From this new Arcee we can expect the wheel to either tuck into the back slightly or (more likely) have both wheels in either leg and a fake wheel on the back. Plus she will ne smaller

Edit: not everyone is an American and has access to First edition, so Bulkhead is very welcome

    Ebay:

I've decided on only buying Live Action Continuity, Aligned Continuity, and Unicron Trilogy Continuity figures.

I only buy Bayverse, Beast Wars, and Unicron Trilogy figures.

I only buy new G1, BW, and maybe a few UT figs if they're any good. I don't do Aligned and I'm done with Bayverse

Hot take: Hasbro should lose its collective mind more often. The lineup next year is glorious.

I still have hope. Its such a small cast and most of them are repaints of other toys. People remember Sky-Byte, surely they remember the show he's from.
