Who are the two bots in the upper corner. Agreed Jetfire is more massive than I expected...he is bought on sight.

Jetfire's height is perfect. Twice as tall as Starscream, as it should be.

The rest of the Siege figures are perfect as well. I am excite.

Yup ! Annn , for those of you that think Takara isn’t paying attention to 3rd party’s , this sky fire has lots of nods to Fanstoys Phoenix! I wouldn’t even be surprised if they totally reversed engineered the whole dam thing. I have Phoenix already but GODDAM I’m getting this figure as well because it’s Takaras middle finger . You get a standing O from me Takara . Job well done .

I’ll definitely buy most of them...really like Skyfire and Mirage.

I agree with you. While the cartoon was inconsistent in terms of scale, Omega is roughly the size of the combiners. Seen in his “Secret of Omega Supreme” (fight against Devastator) and “Key to Vector Sigma” (seen longside with Superion vs Menasor).

Naturally, I will buy this Omega but I’ll still using the YOS version in my CHUG collection.

Looking at the new Omega...I can’t help but feel Tryticon got the short (no pun intended) of the stick - he doesn’t look intimidating compared to Titan Class Metroplex.

I totally agree. Trypticon should have been taller. Ill get this Omega but by no means is it a must have now.

I’m curious, what nods are there that don’t originate from the animation model that Phoenix is based on?

I was collecting CHUG from the second it came out as well. You most assuredly COULD be picky. I don't get placeholders. I've wound up better off because of it.

Skipped Titan Fort Max cause i have G1 Fort Max sealed & 1 opened MIB. Got Titan Devastator cause at the time I never had a Devastator (not before Walmart released one after. Now I have G1 and Titan :D ). Skipped Titan Trypticon 'cause I hear hes a floppy mess + I have G1 Plantnium. I bought Predaking bc HES AWESOME! Buying Omega cause i dont have G1 plus it's big and looks worthy ..and if Siege is anything to go by!

You do a lot of talking before getting to see the product, my friend. Case being there could be something your missing in many of your posts. But theres 2 things wrong with what you said anyway. Had it been a "leader" or slightly larger like Ultimate in todays world, you could not have a long spaceship, a track with a tank that goes around it AS WELL AS a BASE, with anything less then 18 inches bot height. Also, Omega Supreme was one of the biggest Autobots in bot mode, where did you come from? Lol ;)  .... Are you just judging it by the G1 toys height?

The entire hip skirt ! It’s almost identical to the FT’s version . Also , the alt mode . Looking at his jet mode , the indentations where his arms go are exactly like FT’s.

He really looks amazing. Far better than anything else from Siege. Seeming as if he was designed for Titans Return or something.

We may be a minority, but I'm very definitely still in the market for deluxe sized Constructions and Predacons.
Improved, downsized ko's of the Hasbro titans or otherwise.
A Cybertronian Devastator in Siege might scratch the first itch.

I can see ramps attached to his torso section in base mode. I the tracks can separate from the torso section, then that ramp should be able to attach to the likes of fort max, tr blaster, powermaster prime, and anything else titans return compatible. I'm hoping we'll see some micro master playset as the line progresses.
