Yeah, it's going to be the same exact toy as the Hasbro version and shipping is going to kill any savings due to shop discounts.

Anyone have any speculation in when he will start going up for pre-order in the U.S based on past products? I started collecting right when TryptIcon hit retail so didn’t experience the last cycle.

What's with the red hind legs for Headstrong and Tantrum? No sword then...then again, in anime, he didn't have one either...

I think it's to mimic the G1 bots, I guess. A sword is kind of a deal breaker, hopefully Perfect effect comes out with a POTP Predaking sword or 5 smaller swords to combine into a much larger one.

They released a Master sword for for Fort Max separate, so they probably re-release that in gold.

With the amount of geewun fan service I doubt they’d tease us like that.

From head to head it seems he's a tad bit shorter than devastator. What I see from here I like.

The perspective on that splash page works very well with the figure, it really gives it that juicy Studio Ox feel.

Me too :(  on the one hand, I kind of want it.
On the other hand, I don't want to reward the sloppiness of not including swords and the damn stickers etc...

In other news, in the bottom left they're teasing a reveal for next issue with the voice actor for Japan's Optimus Primal... but it's probably just an interview or something for the PotP toy... just weird how it's nuanced like there'll be an announcement o_O

A little, but thankfully not nearly as noticeable as it initially seemed to be when comparing the images on the back of the boxes.

I personally can't wait. After finally just getting CW Devastator earlier this week, I'm beyond excited to have my two favorite combiners at THIS insane size displayed next to each other.
