    I don't see how its possible that he's looking down her shirt, at least not from where he's sitting. And it isn't a stretch to believe that the Motorcycle Mikeala's riding is Arcee.

    But Bay also swore up and down to God that Megatron was not in the film, and if he was, only in flashback.

    I would take everything Bay says to mean the opposite.
