Nice bio. Kinda a shame he is not in the movie I would love to see a Smokescreen who could do all the described things in live action

 

BB scares me....

 

remind me again we need 2 deluxe Bumblebees with no real differences between each other? but either way that vehicle mode is awesome so it looks like im gettign like ll the Bumblebess shown so far. (FAB aside) and I swear to god if they break on me like the first ones im goin berserker

 

Hmmmm, the tf on bb looks interesting. Wonder if there will be a way to swap the roof and arms with the ccbb from tf1. That would be way cool if they were interchangable, make my custom mo akerate.

 

I'm not sure deluxe Bumbles is different enough for me to get him this time around

 

Okay... Bumblebee has 2 arms this time? And the preview one has a blaster?

 

Chances are I'll end up picking this Bumblebee up, try to get the deluxe BB to look screen accurate.

 

I like this new Deluxe BB quite a bit. Definitely gonna get it to replace my current one. That all new upper half is a massive improvement. Especially those arms and rocket launchers.

 

I really like that "cannon blast" BB toy, EXCEPT that his chest area doesn't appear to break up like the original CC/preview fig BB does.

Those big eyes on all the ROTF Bumblebee toys are starting to creep me out,though.  

 

The new Bumblebee is good, I guess. But I will skip it for the Human Alliance version

 

That new Bumblebee is interesting, but makes some serious trade-offs.

For everything it adds, it subtracts. The shoulder guns are a nice feature, but it just seems to be at the expense of everything that was good about the figure before. The arms might be a slight improvement, but less arm kibble just means more back kibble.

Non-transparent blue windows? Why?

And even though the chest/front of the car splits somewhat, it gives the overall effect of remaining in one piece, not unlike the FAB and legend figures.

 

The more I see this Bumblebee mold, the less interested I am with it. The inaccurate chest isn't the problem for me. It's the solid windows, and the odd teal-ish color used for his robot parts. Though I have seen some solid windows that didn't bother me. It's just these one's look so bad. If I get this mold, it'll be one of the repaints of it.

Smokescreen on the other hand, is looking better the more I see him, and I definitely plan on getting him. I really like the blue they used on him, and it's one of the molds I never did get from the first movie.

 

What I don't understand is why the windows are solid. from what I can tell in the pics they seem to be separate pieces themselves, so why have them opaque

 

so they can make them clear and sell it again somewhere down the line as a repaint or 'premium series'. It's purely business.

 

I'm really itching to know if the TF07 Bumblebee's weapon can be used in robot mode by this figure, and stored in alt mode, and if the battle mask head can be swapped. That would make a definitive deluxe Bumblebee for me.

Great..I already have 3 Concept Camaro BBs and the 74 one as well..and yet I think I'm gonna pick up both the preview one and this one...

 

No splitting up chest and solid windows on BB? Its a nice fig.. but if that was included as wel it makes it way better. I hope this one wont be so hard to find like the first BB..
