Those aren’t the twins, that’s the new 3 and 4 WTC buildings. Though I’m baffled why they included the new WTC buildings if this is set in the 90’s.

 

look it's easier to remove 1 tower and call the others the twins but yes that the entire skyline is messed up is a giant oversight on Hasbro and paramount
